#1
BMW
i have a water damaged Ecu from BMW 1 Series Diesel and need to replace it with a used one i have read that u can virgin the eeprom in ecu and do alignment i am not so sure about this on older bmw i just used to swap the eeprom

i want to know where is the ISN in the ecu
will it be ok just to swap the eeprom and align the CAS or is there more to this ?
