HELP. blue screen after Xentry acronis recovery?
#1
Mercedes Benz
Hi good afternoon.

Once again I have a problem and I hope
that there is someone here who can remedy the situation.

Unfortunately I have not received any reasonable help here.

I've downloaded an Acronis Xentry 12.2017 from you here. (about 120GB in size)

Acronis Boot Medium created and performed the HDD recovery.
Everything without mistakes.

Only if I want to start now the system always comes a "blue screen".

Repairing etc. I tried, no success.

What do I have to do to get the system up and running?

Thanks for the help.

You need to recover the image with universal restore if you are using acronis make sure you make a usb with all on your laptop drivers.
also try to go to BIOS and change to AHCI

Hello.

Thank you for the hint.
That's really nice, great.

So then the following procedure?

Create a Universal Restore Boot Medium (CD, USB)?
The best on the device laptop where then the Xentry to be installed / restored?
To restart the laptop?
Then there specify the Acronis Image xentry.tib and restore?

And then normal laptop restart and ready?

in BIOS ist AHCI on

Answer to all questions yes this is the way I would do it.
for the Bios question that's what you need to check yourself and change if necessary
