Help for a dummy with Techstream

Hi I am not great with computers, I can work my way through stuff if I get instructions. I have the mini vci cable and Techstream is downloaded and active. I think I need to get the driver for the cable but I can't find it and I don't know what else I need to do to make it work like change settings etc. I would be very appreciative if someone could help me out in giving me some basic instructions.
